SIGNING AGENT
Has a Certified Signing Agent I’m trained to facilitate your mortgage signings. I’m an extension of the Loan Officer and Title Company. My job is to witness you sign the documents and verify your ID and make sure that all documents are signed, initial, dated and notarized correctly. I have the experience needed to ensure that your documents are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
You can count on us to walk you through the loan documents and identify important information pertaining to your loan and properly notarize according to state laws and specify correct signing methods based on lender requirements.
