At Williams Mobile Signings we take every reasonable precaution to perform our notarial duties in compliance with our state guidelines while practicing social distancing and strictly following industry specific guidelines published by National Notary Association.
Prior to our appointment signer must confirm if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and/or been around anyone within the last 14 days who’s been diagnosed with COVID-19
I will be wearing a mask and/or gloves, this is meant to protect our clients
I will ask that you wear a mask for safety
I will have a brand new pen for you to use
I will have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes with me at all times and I will use them frequently
