What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents.

A Signing Agent is a Notary who has been trained to handle loan documents.
What is a loan signing / real estate closing?
A loan signing is a notarization appointment where a signing agent guides borrowers through their mortgage or real estate closing documents, witnesses their signatures, and notarizes the required pages. As a certified notary signing agent, I work with title companies, escrow officers, and lenders to ensure your closing documents are signed correctly and returned on time.
What is an Apostille?
An Apostille is a form of authentication issued to documents for use in countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961. It is issued as an attachment and will validate the authenticity of your document to the foreign entity you are required to present your document to. A list of countries that accept apostilles is provided by the US State Department.
What is your service area?
I service metro Atlanta and surrounding counties including Clayton, Cobb, Decatur, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale.
Do you offer services in Spanish?
Yes! Williams Mobile Signings is a fully bilingual notary service. I provide notarization services in both English and Spanish, making the process easier and more comfortable for Spanish-speaking clients and families throughout the Atlanta metro area.
What type of ID is acceptable?
Any of the following unexperied ID listed below that has a photo, physical description and signature. Copies and mobile images of identification are not accepted.

How do I book an appointment?
Booking is simple — just click the Book Now button at the top of the page, select your service type, choose a date and time that works for you, and confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation by email. If you have questions before booking, feel free to contact me directly.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available depending on location and service type. For loan signings and real estate closings, I recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For general notarizations, reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you quickly.
